    PIZZA + 酸辣莴笋 + 红绿沙拉

    为了打扫掉前两天JV吃通心粉剩下的一点酱料,我开始了制作PIZZA的工程。

    开始用面包机做饼皮时差不多是四点半左右了,订了晚上七点的羽毛球所以六点半就要离开家。离开家的时候正常的发面过程还没有结束,于是就断电,就让剩下的过程在现有环境下自生自灭吧。

    两个小时后回到家,饼皮的面发得超成功,如果再晚点回来,估计就都要流到机器外面了。随后的工作就是把发好的面分成两块再撵成两个饼皮,把事先做好的PIZZA饼的蕃茄酱分别抹在上面,然后就是洒馅料了——洋葱、小咸鱼、洋蓟芯、奶酪碎统统的洒到上面。

    上烤箱。这一次调到180度,烤了15分钟,效果很好,属于均匀的受热。出烤箱后,在烤好的PIZZA上洒上几片紫苏叶,上桌!

    今天的PIZZA由于面发得很到位,所以烤出来的饼底是象PIZZA HUT里那种厚皮的饼一样,只是一点都不油,喜欢。一般西餐馆中的PIZZA都是薄饼,感觉很不一样,还是喜欢厚皮的,可能是从小就喜欢吃发面饼的原因吧

    配菜是下午做的酸辣莴笋和蕃茄叶生洋葱沙拉(这个沙拉我一口没吃,全被某人干掉了),一扫而光!
