    超级成功的“烤肉酱小弯空心粉”

    前两个星期回看了一下Desperate Housewives第一季,重温了一下Mark同学和Susan阿姨第一次见面的场景。当时是大家参加Mary的葬礼后聚会,每个主妇们都会带上一份自已做的食物到Mary家。当Susan看到Mark正要取自已做的Baked Macaroni时,马上劝Mark不要吃,并说我知道它有多难吃,因为是我做的。Mark同学不太相信的还是吃了一口,随即就要吐出来,然后说我真想不到会有人能把Macaroni做得这么难吃,哈哈哈!!!

    以前从来没吃过Baked Macaroni,但听Mark同学这么讲,总觉得这是一种又好做又好吃的东东,一直想找个机会自已做做。

    今天整理冰箱时发现有一斤多的猪肉馅,于是去超市买了小弯空心粉和车达奶酪,剩下的配料家里都有,大蒜、碎番茄罐头、鲜西红柿、洋葱、牛奶、盐、胡椒粉、牛至。

    西红柿和洋葱切丁。先把洋葱煎软,盛出。再把4瓣大蒜切成末在锅里炝一下,然后把西红柿丁也炒一下,尽量不要搞出太多汤来,盛出。接下来炒肉馅,炒熟后把洋葱、西红柿和罐头的西红柿丁都放进去一下炒,盖盖儿10分钟后加盐、胡椒粉、牛至调味,关火。

    500克的车达奶酪一半切片一半擦成丝,备用。

    在做上面的肉酱时把小弯空心粉煮好,煮到劲道、有咬劲儿时,关火并把水滤出后拌入一点橄榄油,这样煮好的面不会粘在一起。

    在一个烤盘里把煮好的面、肉酱、奶酪丝、牛奶少许拌在一起,然后把切片的奶酪盖在拌好的面上,上烤箱,160度,30分钟。

    30分钟后,出炉。迫不及待的尝了一口,好像还不错。然后又挖了一勺让某人试味道,被称赞“美味”不只是表面的夸奖,因为晚上两个人把一大盘都给干掉了。

    看来我的做饭水平比起Susan阿姨要好得多,我的终极目标是Bree阿姨。有个60~70%就偷笑了,哈哈!
